while teaching us how to direct our attention inward.

Through the process of drawing our attention inward, we learn how to recognize our  thought patterns without labeling, judging, or trying to change them.

We become more aware of our experiences

from moment to moment.

The awareness we cultivate is what makes yoga a practice, rather than a task, goal, or exercise to be completed.

Your body will most likely become much more flexible by doing yoga, but most importantly, so will your mind.
